Shipping Time Depends upon Delivery Location.

The order is shipped in 48 Hours except Saturday and Sunday.

Once the product is shipped we will notify you of the Tracking Details which can be tracked on their Respective Websites.

Returns

XLR8 offers free returns and exchanges for any unused, unwornand unwashed product Return within 5 days of Product Delivery with no questions asked. Kindly Contact our Customer Support on +91-9960795957

Sorry,Customized Products are not Returnable.

XLR8 will pay the Shipping Charges if the Product is eligible for Return.XLR8 is not responsible for any delay in the return of the product due to customer ignorance and hence will not be responsible for exchange or refund or paying return Shipping Charges.

The Tags ,Packaging & labels of the Product needs to be intact ,Product needs to be unused/washed otherwise the return is not valid. Customized/Printed/Bulk Orders placed are not returnable.

Payments

We OfferCredit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking ,Wallets & COD Payment Option.

COD Fee is a non refundable service fee charged Extra by the Company to process COD Orders..

Sorry,Customized Products are not available on Cash On Delivery Payment Method.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed and credited to a Card/bank account /wallet within 15-20 Business days from the date of product being received in our warehouse. Shipping/Cash on Delivery (COD) charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
